You may have come here looking for 12-Strand DNA Activation.And yes—you’re in the right place.But before we start talking about twelve strands, there’s something I want you to know.I don’t approach DNA Activation as one isolated session where we activate something, send you on your way, and call it done.There is preparation before activation.There is integration between stages.And there is an entire journey available beyond the twelve strands.Because this work was never meant to feel like checking boxes on a spiritual to-do list.It is ascension work.And if you choose to move through the complete journey with me, we’ll be working together over many weeks—clearing, preparing, activating, integrating, and gradually moving into deeper levels of the work.So yes, we’re going to talk about 12-Strand DNA Activation.But first...Have you heard about the Seven J-Seals?No?Well.You’re in for a treat.

What Do We Mean by 12-Strand DNA Activation?

Let’s clear up one thing right away.

When I talk about 12-Strand DNA Activation, I’m not talking about physically adding ten strands to your biological DNA.

This is energetic DNA work.

Within the 12-Strand system I practice, the twelve strands are understood as part of an energetic DNA template connected with consciousness, the Higher Self and the larger ascension process.

And there is quite a bit happening underneath those three words:

DNA Activation.

The work involves the energetic DNA template, an expanded 15-chakra system, four brain centers, Fire Letters, Higher Self connection, activation codes and energy signatures I use to monitor the energetic process as we work.

The twelve strands are activated progressively across three separate sessions:

Strands 1–4

Strands 5–8

Strands 9–12

There is time between each session for integration before we continue.

Because we aren’t racing toward Strand 12.

We’re working through a progression.

And before we activate Strand 1, I believe in doing the preparation.

Before Activation Comes Clearing

This is where my approach to the complete journey matters.

The 12-Strand protocol recommends completing Auric Clearing, Karmic Clearing and J-Seals Removal before beginning the activation work.

I take that preparation seriously.

And in my practice, Auric and Karmic Clearing are not abbreviated commands folded into another session.

I completed separate practitioner training in both modalities, so when you choose the complete DNA journey, each one is a full stage of the work.

We give each layer its own attention.

And its own time to integrate.

We begin with the auric field.

Then we move into karmic imprints, karmic loops and recurring patterns.Then we move closer to the energetic DNA template itself through J-Seals Removal—including the Seven J-Seals and the larger system of seals, implants and distortions addressed within that work.
From there, we begin the three-session 12-Strand DNA Activation.And if you are moving through the complete journey, the work continues beyond the twelve strands into Golden DNA 1.0 and Golden DNA 2.0—two additional activation systems with their own codes, structure, terminology and progression.So the twelve strands are an important part of this journey.

They are not the whole journey.And before we arrive at Strand 1, there is a reason we begin where we do.It continues into Golden DNA 1.0 and Golden DNA 2.0 — separate activation systems that build beyond the 12-Strand foundation and move into progressively deeper work with the Soul blueprint, consciousness, light, Source connection and the Golden frequencies.

So yes, we are absolutely going to talk about 12-Strand DNA Activation.But we are also going to talk about everything that helps us arrive there prepared — and where the journey can go once those twelve strands have been completed.

An Auric Attachment Isn't just one thing

Within this system, the terminology includes occupants, discarnates, portals and wormholes, along with other energetic structures. And those words have specific meanings inside the framework. An occupant is described as an energetic presence occupying space within a person's auric field. A discarnate is understood within the system as a consciousness or energetic presence no longer associated with a living physical body that may still be connected with or present within a person's energetic field. A portal is different. Within the system, it is described as an energetic opening or access point through which energies may enter or leave the field. A wormhole is different again—described as an energetic connection between two points that may allow energy to move between them. So when I say I'm checking the auric field, I'm not asking one broad question: “Is there something funky in here?” There is an actual framework for determining what type of energetic structure we're working with. And that matters because identification is part of the clearing process.

Then There are IDS

Within the teachings behind this system, IDs refer to identities or personality/soul-fragment structures associated with particular attitudes, beliefs and energetic patterns. And some are understood to exist in polarized pairs. For example, one identity may hold one side of a belief or emotional position while what the system calls a mirror-opposite ID holds the opposing polarity. The clearing work isn't simply: Find negative thought → delete negative thought. Within this framework, we're looking at the energetic identity structures connected with the pattern—including its opposite polarity—and working with the larger configuration.

The work

That is why this work is not simply another name for positive thinking or releasing a limiting belief. We're working within an energetic model that asks: What is attached to this pattern? What identities or polarities are involved? What structures are present in the field? And then we work with what we actually find.

Your Field Determines the Session

I have a protocol.You are not a protocol.
The framework tells me what to look for.Your energetic field determines what we actually encounter.
Not everyone is going to present with the same occupants, discarnates, portals, wormholes, IDs or other attachments.
So this isn't a prewritten clearing where I read the same list over every client and call it complete.
I work through the system, use energy signatures to receive information during the process, identify what's relevant to you,
and follow the clearing protocol from there.That's one reason I chose to train in Auric Clearing as a complete modality.
Shorter clearing commands appear within some of the other systems I've studied, but for my clients, I wanted the whole thing.

Why does Auric Clearing come first?

Because we're about to ask your energetic system to move through a considerable amount of work.

Karmic Clearing.
J-Seals Removal.
12-Strand DNA Activation.
Golden DNA 1.0.
Golden DNA 2.0.

I don't want my first question to be:
“How much can we activate?”
I want it to be:
“What are we working with?"
Within this energetic framework, attachments, portals, identities and other structures can affect the condition and dynamics of the auric field.

So before we start digging into karmic imprints... before we start working with structures associated with the DNA template... and definitely before we begin progressive activation... we look at the field. We identify. We clear. Then we give the work time to integrate. And only then do we move to the next layer.

FROM THE AURIC FIELD TO THE  KARMIC PATTERNS
We’ve looked at what may be present in the energetic field. Now we move into the imprints and repeating patterns that can move through it.

Karmic Clearing — When the Pattern Keeps Coming Back
Karma is one of those words that gets used so broadly in spiritual work that it can start to mean almost anything.
In the system I practice, we get much more specific.
We’re looking for karmic imprints and karmic loops.
They’re connected, but they aren’t the same thing—and I look for both.

What is a Karmic Imprint

Within this system, karmic imprints are understood as energetic distortions created through experiences, beliefs and patterns that become embedded within the energetic system.
The framework includes:
personal karmic material
family patterns
inherited or ancestral imprints
 along with additional categories described within the larger source material. The protocol gives us the categories. From there, I determine which imprints are actually relevant to you. Some of the priority imprints identified within this work include:
Inherited karmic imprints
Shame
Guilt
Unworthiness
Undeservedness
Poverty consciousness
Victimization
Fear
Self-righteousness
That doesn’t mean everyone arrives carrying the same karmic material. They don’t. Part of my work is determining which imprints are actually showing up for the individual client rather than assuming everybody has the same energetic checklist.

What is a Karmic Loop


A karmic loop is the repeating cycle. This is where the concept starts becoming much easier to recognize in ordinary life. Maybe you’ve changed relationships, but somehow found yourself inside the same emotional dynamic again.
Different person.
Familiar pattern.
Maybe you keep encountering abandonment, rejection, betrayal or unavailable partners.
Maybe you make progress financially and then find yourself circling back into the same fear, scarcity pattern or self-sabotage.
Maybe there’s a particular trigger that seems to take you right back into an emotional or behavioral response you thought you had already moved beyond.
You know the feeling:
Why am I here again?
Within this system, those repeating behaviors, emotions, thought patterns and relationship dynamics can be investigated as karmic loops. And this is an important distinction:
The loop isn’t necessarily the imprint underneath it.
For example, a repeating relationship pattern may be the loop. An imprint involving unworthiness, fear or victimization may be part of the material underneath that loop. That’s why I don’t treat Karmic Clearing as one generic command to “clear your karma. ”I’m looking for both.

Your Karmic Clearing Isn't Someone Else's Karmic Clearing

There is structure, but the session is individualized. I work through the protocol to identify the priority karmic imprints relevant to you. Then I separately investigate the karmic loops that are showing up. The system also gives us a way to look at family and inherited karmic dynamics—patterns understood within the modality as moving through family relationships and ancestral energetic material. So two clients can book the same Karmic Clearing and give me very different work to do. One person’s session may bring forward relationship loops. Another may show strong inherited or family patterns. Someone else may bring forward poverty consciousness, guilt, fear or a repeating emotional dynamic. The framework stays consistent. The material we find inside it is yours.

Why Does This Come Before DNA Activation

Because within this energetic framework, karmic imprints aren’t considered separate from the larger ascension process.The source material describes them as creating distortions within the auric field and chakras and interfering with what it calls light accretion, Soul integration and Oversoul integration. That is the language of the modality.
And once you understand that, the placement of Karmic Clearing in this journey starts making sense. We’re not randomly clearing karma because karma sounds appropriately spiritual before DNA Activation. We’re working through a system that views these unresolved imprints and repeating cycles as part of the energetic material that can interfere with the deeper activation work coming next. First we worked with the auric field.
Now we’re looking at the patterns moving through it. And next...we get considerably closer to the energetic DNA template
