How a Session works

This nine-step pathway gently guides you through clearing old limitations, releasing karmic patterns, and integrating higher light. Each session builds on the last, helping your body and soul align so you can embody more of your higher self, awaken your gifts, and anchor your light body with ease.

Session length

Each session is 1 1/2 to 2 hours, held on a zoom call. I keep the cameras off so you may relax in your own space.
