Here is a tool to connect to your higher self… Given to us from Sri Mahavatar Babaji

 

1. Get into a relaxed, receptive state by taking some deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, getting more and more relaxed and settled with each exhale, relaxing your jaw, neck, shoulders, and torso.

2. Have your LEFT hand with the palm facing down and the fingers pointing away from you, very relaxed and not touching anything. It is best to not wear any jewelry, be near cold air, have your hand over your lap, just put your hand away from your body with palm side down.

3. Begin to focus your attention on your left hand and the energy there. It is like you are projecting your consciousness into your left hand. Just feel what is happening in this hand. Tingles?  Warmth?  Pressure in the palm?  What are you sensing….?

4. Say out loud “Connecting to my Higher Self” and feel what happens in the fingertips of your left hand (you will feel a strong tingling which lets you know you are connected to the 4^th through 15th dimensional aspects of yourself, your Higher Self).

5. Then you can ask a question that you know the answer is YES. Monitor your left hand. You will feel like a valve opening in your palm and energy moving towards your fingers and AWAY from you with a yes answer. “My hair is _________” “My name is_________” anything that is TRUTH.  If you get the TRUTH, the energy moves down the hand into your fingertips.  Keep practicing this until you get really good at feeling it in the fingertips.  Any question you absolutely know is a YES for you.

6. Then you can ask a question that you know the answer is NO. Monitor your left hand. You will feel energy moving TOWARDS your palm and wrists, first jamming on your fingers and pushing towards your palm and wrist with a NO answer. “I have neon green hair” “My father is a horse” “I live in a beehive.” Anything that you know the answer will be NO to.  The energy will now be in your wrist.  It can feel like it’s jammed there, like it just halted.  Pressure, warmth, are other sensations.  But the importance is to feel the energy move from the fingertips to the wrist.

Practice this for several days before moving on to the next step…..

This calibration process takes 12 minutes and consists of asking the Violet Flame and the White Brotherhood to assist us in calibrating ourselves to remain centered, open our receptive and creative states, and attune our energies so we are able to be in both Spirit world and human world at the same time.

 

While remaining internal and reflective, we can use this calibration process before anything you need support with, like a task, or a question you have. Maybe you have a presentation at work in front of a lot of people, etc.

 

Before you start, do have some water in front of you. Drink half a glass and center yourself.

 

State your intent to connect with the Violet Flame and White Brotherhood creating the sacred link. You can feel the connection in your left hand.  “I now connect to the Divine Brotherhood of the White, the Violet Brotherhood and sisterhood of the Avatar and Rishi lineage, and the Golden Council of the AH universe.”

1. Drink a glass of water.

2. Request all assistance necessary for any situation, decision, plan, you desire to accomplish.

3. State the situation… or problem that you wish to resolve, or have assistance with.

4. Wait and feel the energy allowing you to receive insight, release of blockages, to receive resolution and understanding. It might take a bit for this insight to strengthen, keep practicing! You can ask questions, and feel the energy shift in the wrist, palm and fingers. This is another way for your guidance to communicate with you, so be patient!

5. Drink more water and imagine the water as the Violet Flame (purple flames in the water).

6. Close the inquiry/session by expressing gratitude and stating:

“I am the Violet Flame. I am. I am in my full potential loving self. I am the Violet Flame that heals. And I let go of what is not needed at all times for the higher good of all. “
